Composting: A Nature-based art therapy workshop

We will spend 2 hours - one in studio, one outside - making a creation of your choice that symbolizes something you would like to release this season. Then we'll take it outside and release it. Not therapy, but group sharing welcome and confidentiality will be maintained.
